Arcare is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to work under a Registered Nurse to deliver quality nursing care for residents, aligned with Arcare's values and standards. The role includes personal care, medication administration, health monitoring, wound care, and assessments, with a focus on teamwork and compassionate care in a night-shift setting.

You will contribute to care plans, document accurately in eCase, and escalate concerns to the RN.

Qualificações

• Current AHPRA Registration and Diploma of Enrolled Nursing.
• Knowledge of Aged Care Accreditation Standards.
• Adaptable, passionate, and eager to learn; strong teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Personal Care: Assisting residents with ADLs including showering, dressing, toileting, and grooming.
• Medication Administration: Administering medications as prescribed and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Health Monitoring: Observing, recording, and reporting vital signs and changes in condition.
• Wound Care: Providing basic wound care and dressing changes for minor wounds.
• Assessment & Reporting: Conducting assessments and documenting care via eCase, escalating concerns to the RN or healthcare team.
