Job summary

CraigCare is seeking an Enrolled Nurse for a part-time role at our Moonee Ponds Home. The role involves delivering high-quality clinical care, supporting residents with dignity and comfort, and working within a multidisciplinary team.

The Enrolled Nurse will coordinate care plans, administer medications, maintain documentation, and uphold safety and resident-centered care standards in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must have current AHPRA registration.
• At least 1 year of aged care experience.
• Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and regulations.
• Knowledge of AN-ACC funding and assessments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with electronic clinical systems and documentation platforms.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
• Full working rights.

About the Role

As an Enrolled Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality clinical care and enhancing the wellbeing of our residents.

Working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will provide clinical leadership, advocate for resident-centred care, and contribute to creating a safe, positive, and engaging environment where residents can thrive.

Key Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate professional care practices according to individual care plans and documented policies and procedures

About You

To be successful, you will have:

• Current AHPRA Registration
• Should have at least one year of experience working in a similar role in an aged care
• Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and regulations

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence using electronic clinical systems and documentation platforms
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
