About the Role

As an Enrolled Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality clinical care and enhancing the wellbeing of our residents.

Working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will provide clinical leadership, advocate for resident‑centred care, and contribute to creating a safe, positive, and engaging environment where residents can thrive.

Key Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate professional care practices according to individual care plans and documented policies and procedures
• Safe administration of medication
• Maintaining clinical documentation
• Adhere to national standards and legal requirements
• Engage with residents on a daily basis
• Promote a culture of safety, dignity, and respect

About You

To be successful, you will have:

• Current AHPRA Registration
• Should have at least one year of experience working in a similar role in an aged care
• Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and regulations
• Knowledge of AN-ACC funding and assessments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence using electronic clinical systems and documentation platforms
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
• Should have full working rights
