Grafton Base Hospital, part of Northern NSW Local Health District, is seeking an Enrolled Nurse for permanent part-time work. You will provide nursing care and collaborate with nursing unit managers, nursing staff and medical teams to support discharge planning and patient flow.

• Liaise with Nursing Unit Managers, nursing staff, and medical teams to identify and transfer patients to the discharge lounge.
• Provide nursing care in a safe and competent manner.
• Ensure nursing practices reflect current knowledge and standards.
