Western NSW Local Health District – Bathurst NSW is hiring an Enrolled Nurse for the Emergency Department at Bathurst Health Service. The role supports patient care under supervision in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment with ongoing education and training opportunities.

The position offers up to 38 hours per week with remuneration in the NSW public system ($37.83–$41.11 per hour; $75,011.91–$81,508.14 per annum plus superannuation and salary packaging options).

About the role

The Enrolled Nurse in the Emergency Department is an integral part of the multidisciplinary healthcare team, working under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse to support and provide quality care for patients/clients.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in the critical care environment as part of a dynamic and supportive multidisciplinary team. There is educational support and regular training simulations delivered by both medical and nursing staff frequently within the department. Bathurst Emergency Department is a friendly, open and happy department with a lovely community feel and a real commitment to quality basic nursing care in a high acuity environment
