Ryman is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to join our team at the Charles Brownlow Retirement Village in Highton, Victoria. You will use a care app and your nursing skills to deliver compassionate care under a Registered Nurse and clinical manager guidance.

Based in a beautiful village setting, this role involves resident and family consultations, supervising care staff, and supporting clinical leadership. Training and development opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Must have minimum 6 months of nursing experience in residential aged care.
• Ability to consult with residents and families.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.
• Experience using care plans and clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and high-quality care according to care plans under the guidance and direction of a Registered Nurse.
• Consult with the resident and their family.
• Assist the Registered Nurse in providing supervision and guidance to care staff.
• Support the Registered Nurse & clinical manager.
