Job summary

Benetas in Melbourne is seeking an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2 registration with AHRPA) to support residents in our Clarinda on the Park home. Join a not-for-profit organisation delivering person-centred care to 78 residents.

You will apply clinical skills, maintain documentation, and collaborate with a supportive team to provide holistic care, empathy, and dignity for every resident.

Qualifications

• Current Division 2 nursing registration with AHRPA.
• Experience creating genuine connections with clients and families and team members.
• Understanding of the aged care legislative framework and requirements, including safe medication administration.
• The ability to show empathy and treat others with dignity and respect, and a collaborative approach to working with residents, staff, colleagues and other key stakeholders.
• Demonstrate the application of clinical skills in areas such as tissue viability, continence management, dementia/behaviour management, infection control, amongst others.
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance ID or ability to obtain.

The Role

We are looking for experienced Enrolled Nurse (EN) for our Clarinda on the Park home, in Clarinda, home to 78 residents.

Nurses deliver specialised, high quality nursing care to older Victorians in our residential homes. Each day, they have the chance to apply their skills in a meaningful way, have more autonomy for critical thinking and space to make a positive impact within their communities.
