Benetas is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to work in our In-Home Nursing Service across Victoria. You will provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care in clients’ homes, spanning all ages from newborns to older adults. Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with Div 1 AHPRA registration.
• 2+ years of full-time RN experience.
• Own vehicle and valid licence to travel between clients.
• Understand home care legislation and safe medication administration.
• CPR certificate (or ability to obtain).

• $53.66 per hour + 25% casual loading

The Role

We are looking for experienced Registered Nurse (RN) in the South, East or Western regions to join our In-Home Nursing Service (IHNS), also referred to as Community Nursing. This is a great opportunity to use a range of clinical skills in person-centred, one on one nursing care.

Our Nurses deliver specialised, high quality one on one nursing care to a diverse range of clients within their own home, from recently born babies to older Victorians, post-acute care, and everything in between. They enjoy working within a supportive, respectful environment where their expertise and empathy are valued and rewarded. Each day, they have the chance to apply their skills in a meaningful way, have more autonomy for critical thinking and space to make a positive impact within their communities.

About you

To be successful in this role you will need:

• At least 2 years' full-time experience as a Registered Nurse (with a Div 1 AHPRA registration), and strong clinical skills, including acute, as the only nurse with the client within their home
• A friendly and positive attitude with the ability to demonstrate client-focused behaviour
• An understanding of the home care legislative framework and requirements, including safe medication administration
• Have a vehicle and licence to drive between clients, and a willingness to drive to clients' homes, seeing up to 8 clients per day
• Have or can obtain a CPR certificate
