Benetas is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to join St Lawrence Court Eaglehawk home, caring for residents and providing high-quality nursing support in a 67-bed facility. The role emphasizes compassionate, person-centered care within an aged care setting in Victoria.

You will work under Division 2 nursing registration, applying clinical skills, ensuring safe medication administration and collaborating with staff and families to promote dignity and wellbeing for residents.

Qualifikationen

• Current Division 2 nursing registration with AHRPA.
• Experience creating genuine connections with clients and families and team members.
• Understanding of the aged care legislative framework and requirements, including safe medication administration.
• Demonstrate empathy and treat others with dignity and respect, with a collaborative approach.
• Demonstrate application of clinical skills in tissue viability, continence, dementia/behaviour management, infection control.

Job Description

We are looking for experienced Enrolled Nurse (EN) for our St Lawrence Court Eaglehawk home, in California Gully, home to 67 residents.

• Total hours: 60.75 per fortnight
• Apply clinical skills and up to date knowledge of the aging process to residents within the home
• Be responsive to resident's care through tailoring holistic care to meet individual needs
• Respect and promote dignity, privacy and confidentiality of each resident at all times
• Systematically plan, implement and evaluate care, and oversee accurate and timely documentation
• Spend time with the residents to connect, share stories and show empathy

About the Candidate

• Current Division 2 nursing registration with AHRPA

• The ability to show empathy and treat others with dignity and respect, and a collaborative approach to working with residents, staff, colleagues and other key stakeholders
• Demonstrate the application of clinical skills in areas such as tissue viability, continence management, dementia/behaviour management, infection control, amongst others
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance ID or ability to obtain
