Job summary

Benetas is seeking experienced Enrolled Nurses to join the Broughton Hall home in Camberwell, a 65‑bed residence. Permanent part-time rosters are available across Night Duty and PM shifts, offering stable hours in a supportive, not-for-profit setting.

Qualifications

• Current Division 2 nursing registration with AHRPA.
• Experience creating genuine connections with clients and families and team members.
• Understanding of the aged care legislative framework and requirements, including safe medication administration.
• Ability to show empathy and treat others with dignity and respect, and a collaborative approach to working with residents, staff, colleagues and other key stakeholders.
• Demonstrate the application of clinical skills in areas such as tissue viability, continence management, dementia/behaviour management, infection control, amongst others.
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance ID or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Apply clinical skills and up to date knowledge of the aging process to residents within the home.
• Be responsive to resident's care through tailoring holistic care to meet individual needs.
• Respect and promote dignity, privacy and confidentiality of each resident at all times.
• Systematically plan, implement and evaluate care, and oversee accurate and timely documentation.
• Spend time with the residents to connect, share stories and show empathy.

The Role

We are looking for experienced Enrolled Nurses to join our Broughton Hall home, located in Camberwell, home to 65 residents.

We currently have permanent part-time roster opportunities available across Night Duty and PM shifts.

Available Roster Patterns Include

Night Duty roster line:

Week 1: Monday, Saturday and Sunday

Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday

Shift time: 21:45 – 07:00

PM Roster Line

Week 1: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday

Week 2: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday

Our Nurses deliver specialised, high quality nursing care to older Victorians in our residential homes. Each day, they have the chance to apply their skills in a meaningful way, have more autonomy for critical thinking and space to make a positive impact within their communities.
