About the role

This is a part‑time position available in Albany, requiring 50+ hours a fortnight under the direction of a Registered Nurse. The role focuses on delivering person‑centered care to residents, supporting their physical and emotional wellbeing, and collaborating with families and the multidisciplinary team.

• Provide clinical interventions and support within enrolled nurse scope.
• Ensure resident care plans meet changing needs and preferences, including cultural and spiritual considerations.
• Promote resident choice, independence, and meaningful daily activities.
• Monitor and report changes in resident health; maintain accurate documentation.
• Support infection control, medication administration, and workplace safety.
• Guide Care Partners and collaborate with multidisciplinary staff.
• Contribute to care plan reviews, continuous improvement initiatives, and compliance with Accreditation and AN‑ACC standards.
• Undertake ongoing professional development as required by AHPRA.

• Enrolled Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
