Job summary

Respect Group in regional Australia is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to support clinical outcomes alongside Registered Nurses and care staff, contributing to a safe, respectful environment where residents’ dignity guides daily practice.

You will conduct admission assessments, maintain accurate care documentation, administer medications safely, monitor health, and participate in team handovers and care planning to deliver person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Diploma of Nursing with AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
• Minimum 2 years post-graduate clinical experience, preferably in aged care.
• Knowledge of residential care practices and care planning.
• Ability to provide safe, person-centred care and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive admission and ongoing assessments with residents and families.
• Maintain accurate documentation reflecting care delivery and outcomes.
• Administer medications safely and ensure proper handling and storage.
• Monitor residents’ health and report changes to Registered Nurses.
• Participate in handovers and care planning discussions.
