Job summary

Bupa Aged Care is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to deliver safe, person-centred care and support residents’ wellbeing. You’ll work closely with RNs, carers and the clinical leadership team to ensure dignity and quality of life, with time to know residents well.

You’ll contribute to a compassionate team, benefit from ongoing training, and be part of a program focused on high standards of care and resident-centred outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse, Division 2.
• Good clinical judgement and a calm, practical approach.
• Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset.
• Understanding of resident rights and aged care standards.
• Medication endorsement is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, person-centred care in collaboration with RNs and carers.
