Job summary

Kyabram District Health Service (KDHS) is seeking a motivated Enrolled Nurse to join the Sheridan Residential Aged Care Facility. You will provide supportive nursing and personal care to residents, ensuring wellbeing and comfort in a friendly, rural setting.

Flexible casual shifts across morning, afternoon and night, with opportunities for professional development and a positive team environment. Immediate start option and 5 weeks annual leave are offered where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must be an Enrolled Nurse with current registration.
• Experience in aged care is advantageous.
• Able to work across morning, afternoon and night shifts on a 7-day roster.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing and personal care to residents.
• Ensure accurate and detailed documentation is maintained.
• Develop and sustain relationships with residents, families and the care team.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to keep residents and staff safe.
• Deliver meaningful activities that support resident wellbeing.

About the Role

KDHS are currently looking for motivatedEnrolled Nurses to join the supportive and friendly team at ourSheridan Residential Aged Care Facility.As an Enrolled Nurse you will provide supportive care that enhances our resident's wellbeing.

• Providing a range of nursing and personal care services to our residents
• Ensuring detailed documentation is updated
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with our residents, family members and the team providing care
• Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our residents safe
• Providing meaningful experiences which enable our residents to thrive

• Ability to listen and understand our residents needs and requirements
• Availability in either morning, afternoon or night shift over 7 day roster.
