Kyabram District Health Service (KDHS) is seeking motivated Enrolled Nurses to join the Sheridan Residential Aged Care Facility. You will provide supportive care that enhances residents' wellbeing.

Responsibilities include providing nursing and personal care, maintaining detailed documentation, building relationships with residents and families, and following health and safety policies to keep everyone safe. Casual shifts across a 7-day roster offer flexibility and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Diploma of Nursing (EN) or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate nursing documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing and personal care to residents.
• Keep detailed and up-to-date documentation.
• Build and maintain relationships with residents, families and the care team.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines to protect residents and staff.

About the Role

KDHS are currently looking for motivated Enrolled Nurses to join the supportive and friendly team at our Sheridan Residential Aged Care Facility.As an Enrolled Nurse you will provide supportive care that enhances our resident's wellbeing.

What you will be doing:

• Providing a range of nursing and personal care services to our residents
• Ensuring detailed documentation is updated
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with our residents, family members and the team providing care
• Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our residents safe
• Providing meaningful experiences which enable our residents to thrive

About you

• A warm, compassionate, and reliable team member
• Ability to listen and understand our residents needs and requirements
• Availability in either morning, afternoon or night shift over 7 day roster.
