Job summary

Serco is seeking an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse to join a multidisciplinary team at Richmond Health Centre, located at RAAF Base Richmond. This part-time role supports Defence members with high-quality care in a primary healthcare setting, with a 6-week fixed roster and Monday–Friday days.

Responsibilities include delivering nursing care under supervision, outpatient support, medication administration where endorsed, and active participation in health promotion.

Qualifications

• AHPRA registration as Enrolled Nurse (Division 2) with current status.
• Minimum two years' post-registration nursing experience in acute care, primary healthcare or similar setting within the last five years.
• Medication endorsement (if applicable to role requirements).
• Commitment to CPD and ongoing professional development.
• Current CPR certification (HLTAID009).

• Provide outpatient care, and where required support inpatient care within a health centre or hospital setting.
• Administer medications (where endorsed) in line with legislative requirements and clinical protocols.

• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, efficient and high-quality care.

About Richmond Health Centre

Located at RAAF Base Richmond, the oldest Air Force base in NSW, 50km NW of Sydney and home to the C-130J Hercules medium transport aircraft. The facility provides primary medical, aviation medical, outpatient, dental, nursing, physiotherapy, mental health and pharmaceutical services to Defence members. The base also operates a 24-hour low dependency ward, closed over the weekend. Standard operating hours are generally 0730-1630 Mon-Thurs, half day 0730-1400 Friday. .

What You Bring

• Current unconditional and unrestricted AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2)
• Minimum two years' post registration nursing experience in acute care, primary healthcare or similar setting within the last five years
• Medication endorsement (if applicable to role requirements)
• Commitment to clinical governance, infection control and high-quality patient care
• Current CPR certification (HLTAID009)
• Australian Citizenship required (baseline security clearance)
• Commitment to CPD and ongoing professional development
