Job summary

Eldercare is seeking a dedicated Enrolled Nurse in Melbourne to provide high-quality nursing care to our residents. You will guide Personal Care Assistants to meet daily care needs with a focus on person-centred care and quality of life, contributing to a warm, welcoming home environment.

Responsibilities include supervising care, administering medications, collaborating with the care team, and ensuring accurate documentation and communication across the team.

Qualifications

• Possess a Diploma in Nursing.
• Hold a current AHPRA registration.
• Applicants must have at least 6 months experience in Aged/Health Care as an Enrolled Nurse.
• A genuine passion for provided person-centred care.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Enjoy building positive relationships with residents their families and staff.

About the Role
