Job summary

The Catholic Education Diocese of Parramatta is seeking a Leader of Learning English - Coordinator 2 to guide English instruction across Years 7–12. You will lead a team, shape assessment practices and resources, and drive continuous improvement within a supportive Catholic education framework.

Applicants should hold a tertiary education qualification, NESA accreditation (or conditional), and demonstrate commitment to CSPD accreditation. Early applications are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Tertiary education qualification in teaching or current final year student.
• NESA accreditation is required or conditional accreditation accepted.
• Demonstrated commitment to CSPD accreditation to work, teach and lead.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to achieve the school’s improvement plan.
• Teach English across Years 7–12 with contemporary practice.
• Differentiate learning to maximise student growth.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate rigorous, inclusive learning programs.
• Use assessments and feedback to inform teaching and learning.
