Job summary

Townsville Catholic Education is seeking an experienced English Coordinator for a fixed-term, full-time appointment commencing in 2027. You will lead the learning and teaching program, ensuring pedagogies are developed and implemented across all levels, with three leadership dimensions: teaching and learning, human leadership and strategic leadership.

Guided by Catholic values, you’ll model integrity, foster relationships and create an inclusive environment that supports students and staff.

Qualifications

• Registered teacher with the Queensland College of Teachers (QCT).
• Extensive classroom experience.
• Strong understanding of the Australian Curriculum and QCAA requirements.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor others and build collaborative teams.
• Ability to translate data into meaningful improvement.
