Job summary

St John Paul II Catholic College Schofields is seeking an English Teacher with Languages for a temporary full-time role commencing Term 1, 2027. The position is on a casual/temporary basis linked to parental leave, at Schofields NSW, on a 76 hours per fortnight schedule across the dual campus with Nirimba Education Precinct.

The successful applicant will be an NESA Accredited Teacher with the ability to differentiate learning, support our mission, and deliver high-quality education for all

Qualifications

• Qualifications to teach English/LOTE to a diverse student cohort.
• Ability to differentiate learning to meet student needs.
• Strong knowledge of pedagogy, lesson planning and assessment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality English/LOTE instruction to maximise learning outcomes.
• Differentiate instruction to support diverse learners and needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support school mission and programs.
