Job summary

Northern Star Mining Services Limited in Kalgoorlie, WA seeks a Residential Engineering Superintendent to lead fixed plant integrity, governance and lifecycle planning on the KCGM operation. This role drives standards, configuration control and asset care from day one.

You will manage capital delivery, embed commissioning standards and lead a technical team to meet safety, reliability and production objectives in a dynamic mining environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in fixed plant, mechanical or electrical engineering within a complex processing environment.
• Strong governance, management of change and capital delivery experience.
• Familiarity with statutory plant obligations and asset integrity management.

Responsibilities

• Own the fixed plant integrity, governance and lifecycle documentation.
• Deliver the capital program from scope to approvals and compliance.
• Lead the engineering team to develop capability and meet performance targets.
• Manage budget inputs and coordinate with processing teams.
