Northern Star Mining Services Limited in Kalgoorlie, WA seeks a Residential Engineering Superintendent to lead fixed plant integrity, governance and lifecycle planning on the KCGM operation. This role drives standards, configuration control and asset care from day one.

We have an enticingresidential Engineering Superintendent position at the world class KCGM Operation, one of the largest milling complexes in Australia with a mine life beyond 10 years. This is a rare moment to join. Our A$1.5 billion Mill Expansion has more than doubled capacity from 13 to 27 Mtpa and is now in commissioning, with a new primary crusher, a 5.8 MW SAG mill and a pebble crusher circuit coming to life ahead of tie in to the expanded plant. It is an exciting time to be involved. Join our esteemed technical team on the convenience of a 5/2, 4/3 (10 hour days) roster.
Demonstrated extensive experience in fixed plant, mechanical or electrical engineering within a complex processing environment, with strong engineering governance, management of change and capital delivery experience. Comfortable owning technical standards and configuration data management. Familiarity with classified and registered plant statutory obligations, asset integrity management, and a CMMS such as Pronto.
A relevant engineering degree. Chartered status (CPEng) or RPEQ registration is highly regarded. Current C class Western Australian drivers’ licence. Statatory Supervisor (S26)
A track record of leading technical teams, developing capability and holding a standard, with the judgement to operate autonomously and the collaboration to keep the wider processing team aligned.
