Coates Hire Operations Pty Limited is seeking an Engineering Solutions Specialist to support customers, sales, and operations with technical product knowledge in Sydney Metro. The role focuses on shoring, propping, water management, and water treatment while driving revenue streams across NSW.

You will collaborate with local sales and operations teams, assess sites with customers, and build relationships with civil and construction clients, all while upholding Coates' safety-first culture.

• Working with local and regional sales plus operations teams to drive product awareness and technical product expertise to existing and new customers.
• Assessing sites with customers and identifying opportunities whereby Coates can offer solutions to advance their projects.
• Developing key relationships with a broad range of internal stakeholders and with civil and construction customers.
• Leading our Safety-First culture throughout the organisation and customer relationships.

We currently have an excellent opportunity for an Engineering Solutions Specialist to play a key role in supporting our customers, sales, and operational teams with technical product knowledge, based in Sydney Metro. The Engineering Solutions Team provide a range of end-to-end solutions and the Project Management to support the temporary works associated with design, installation, site support, and certification for our complete range of products and services (Shoring, Structural Propping, Water Management, and Water Treatment). We are seeking someone knowledgeable across structural temporary works to drive our standard shoring and propping revenue streams in NSW.

You’ll enjoy variety in your role including:

• Working with local and regional sales plus operations teams to drive product awareness and technical product expertise to existing and new customers.
• Assessing sites with customers and identifying opportunities whereby Coates can offer solutions to advance their projects.
• Developing key relationships a broad range of internal stakeholders and with civil and construction customers.
