Allstar Recruitment Group is seeking an Engineering Service Manager for an international control systems leader in Perth. The role focuses on delivering automation solutions to Oil & Gas projects, leading a service department and maintaining client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in vendor environments, field service management, and QA-driven service delivery, with emphasis on building long-term client partnerships and new business opportunities.

Our client is an international market leader in the delivery of Control Systems, Instrumentation & Automation systems to major Oil & Gas / LNG projects across the globe. Due to ongoing demand the need for a dedicated and talented Engineering Service Manager.

The ideal candidate will have worked for a major Vendor organisation and have solid experience working as an Engineering Manager / Service Manager in the delivery of Control / Automation solutions into the Oil & Gas, Resources industry.

• Day to Day Operational Management of Service Department,
