Job summary

Moog Australia Pty., Ltd. is seeking a Project Manager to lead multiple projects ranging from customer-driven engineering to IR&D and capital equipment procurement. You will manage project planning, cost tracking, schedules, and risk mitigation.

The role requires a tertiary Engineering degree, plus PMP/PMBOK or equivalent, and a minimum of five years’ experience, ideally with defence exposure. MS Projects/JIRA experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Engineering.
• Tertiary qualification in Project Management/Business Management or PMP/PMBOK.
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience.
• Experience with project management tools (MS Projects/JIRA).

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, cost tracking, and schedule delivery.
• Coordinate stakeholders including suppliers and customers.
• Ensure designs and deliveries meet standards and are documented.
• Generate reports on KPIs, budgets, and on-time delivery.
• Support commercial negotiations and process improvements.
