Qualifications

• Minimum tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering.
• Registered Professional Engineer status is highly desirable.
• Project Management experience in engineering/manufacturing is desirable.
• Proficiency with MS Office, SolidWorks and AutoCAD is highly desirable.
• Experience in an industrial engineering service environment is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation through to completion.
• Develop project scopes, execution plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress against milestones and implement corrective actions.
• Manage project risks, issues, and opportunities.
• Coordinate internal resources and external contractors.
• Control project costs and manage budget performance.
• Prepare progress reports and present project status to management and clients.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Mentor graduate and junior engineers.
