You will work closely with Project Managers, manufacturing teams, procurement, stores, contractors and customers to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard of quality.

• Experience in project coordination or similar roles in engineering/manufacturing environments.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage costs and financial tracking for projects.
• Proficient in Excel and data-entry accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project schedules, priorities and tasks across multiple projects.
• Support Project Managers with day-to-day coordination and admin.
• Monitor project costs and maintain financial tracking.
• Assist with financial projections and capacity planning.
• Coordinate contractors and ensure resources are scheduled.
