Job summary

Mane in Sydney, Australia, is seeking a Systems Engineering Manager – Gaming to lead a multidisciplinary team of Engineers, Testers and Compliance professionals. You will act as the technical authority for development, testing, regulatory compliance and product delivery across a diverse portfolio of gaming products and systems.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Computer Science, Electronics or related engineering field, deep knowledge of networking, databases and operating systems, and

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Electronics or related engineering field.
• Expert knowledge of networking infrastructure and protocols.
• Experience in supporting development, delivery and maintenance of software and hardware systems.
• Experience in functional testing and compliance in regulated environments.
• Prior casino gaming or gambling industry experience is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

As the Systems Engineering Manager – Gaming, you will lead and manage a team of Engineers, Testers & Compliance professionals, working across a diverse portfolio of gaming products and systems, acting as a technical authority on matters relating to development, testing, regulatory compliance and product delivery. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced manager or Senior Engineer to demonstrate their expertise across a variety of technical disciplines whilst mentoring and leading a multidisciplinary team.

ABOUT YOU

To succeed in the Systems Engineering Manager – Gaming role, you should have:

• A degree background in Computer Science, Electronics or a relevant engineering background
• Expert knowledge of networking infrastructure and protocols, database connectivity and operating systems
• Experience in supporting the development, delivery and maintenance of software and hardware systems
• Experience in functional testing and compliance assurance within heavily regulated environments
• Prior experience in the casino gaming or gambling industry considered highly advantageous
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
