Job summary

Mane Consulting seeks a Systems Engineering Manager - Gaming for a global leader in testing and certification of land-based gaming systems. You will lead Engineers, Testers, & Compliance professionals across a diverse portfolio, setting technical direction and delivering compliant product solutions.

Candidates should have a CS/engineering degree, expertise in networking, databases and OS, and a track record in regulated environments.

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, Electronics or engineering.
Expert knowledge of networking infrastructure and protocols, database connectivity and operating systems.
Experience in supporting the development, delivery and maintenance of software and hardware systems.
Experience in functional testing and compliance assurance within heavily regulated environments.
Prior experience in the casino gaming or gambling industry considered highly advantageous.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of Engineers, Testers & Compliance professionals.
Oversee development, testing, regulatory compliance and product delivery across gaming products.
Act as a technical authority across multiple disciplines and mentor the team.
