Job summary

Tennis Australia is seeking an Engineering Manager, Data & AI to lead the engineering capabilities underpinning its Data & AI strategy. You will shape platform roadmaps, drive reliability and security, and build a high-performing team to support analytics, AI adoption and data-driven decisions across the organisation.

You'll champion modern engineering practices, governance, and enterprise data management while delivering scalable, trusted platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a technology field or related discipline is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop Platform Strategy & Roadmap to accelerate data products, analytics, and AI solutions.
• Lead Platform Engineering & Operations to ensure reliability, security, and scalability.
• Embed governance, security, and data quality into platform capabilities and engineering practices.
• Lead and grow the Data & AI Engineering team, set standards, and drive continuous improvement.
