Job summary

Tennis Australia is seeking an AI Enablement Manager to accelerate responsible AI adoption across the organisation. You will champion practical AI use, promote data access, and support AI-powered solutions that boost productivity and decision‑making.

Reporting to the Director of Data & AI, you will shape a prioritised AI roadmap, grow AI literacy, and partner with business units to deliver safe, impactful AI initiatives that enhance participant experiences and organisational capability.

Qualifications

5+ years' experience delivering data, AI, digital or technology-enabled initiatives that create measurable business value.
Proven ability to influence stakeholders, build trusted relationships and deliver outcomes through collaboration.
Strong experience identifying opportunities, developing roadmaps and driving organisational adoption of new capabilities.
Demonstrated success leading change and embedding new ways of working across an organisation.
Familiarity with AI governance, responsible AI principles and emerging AI technologies.

Responsibilities

Identify, assess and prioritise AI opportunities that align with Tennis Australia’s objectives and deliver measurable business value.
Develop and maintain a roadmap of AI initiatives, balancing impact, feasibility and readiness.
Partner with stakeholders to define outcomes, support delivery planning and monitor value realization.
