Job summary

Netwealth is seeking a Senior Engineer to join the Data & AI Platform team in Melbourne. You will design, build and evolve the infrastructure, automation and services underpinning our data and AI ecosystem, spanning cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, observability and platform automation.

You will work to deliver faster, safer deployments with a focus on reliability, security and scalable design, partnering with engineers and stakeholders to tackle complex challenges and raise engineering standards

Qualifications

• Experience with cloud infrastructure and platform engineering.
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) proficiency.
• CI/CD pipelines and automation expertise.
• Monitoring/observability and operational excellence.
• Ability to design secure, scalable and reliable systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and evolve data/AI platform infrastructure and services.
• Develop self-service capabilities for product and engineering teams.
• Improve reliability, monitoring and observability across platforms.
• Embed security, quality and resilience into deliverables.
