Job summary

Netwealth is seeking an Engineering Manager - Integration in Melbourne to lead the Integration squad within our Data & AI function. You will shape the API-first platform, work with internal teams and external partners, and drive secure, scalable connectivity across Netwealth's data ecosystem.

You will guide a high-performing team, foster ownership, and partner with Product, Engineering and Operations to deliver robust APIs and integration capabilities that power the next generation of wealth

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering teams in modern software environments.
• Deep knowledge of API design, API Gateways and integration patterns.
• Strong security, governance and regulated environment experience.
• Curiosity about AI and scalable data access.

Responsibilities

• Shape roadmap and technical direction of API and integration capabilities.
• Build secure, observable APIs for teams and partners.
• Coach and grow engineers through feedback and mentoring.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations and external integration partners.
• Balance today delivery with future platform needs.
