Job summary

DT Infrastructure, part of Gamuda Berhad, seeks an experienced Engineering Manager to lead Electrical, Civil and Mechanical disciplines on a major renewable energy project in the Upper Hunter Valley, Australia. The role requires coordinating multidisciplinary teams, navigating regulatory frameworks and delivering to budget and schedule.

The position is site-based with a 14/7 roster, accommodation and allowances provided as applicable, and a focus on complex, regulated environments within

Qualifications

• Multidisciplinary engineering knowledge across electrical, civil and mechanical disciplines.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent required.
• Strong understanding of large-scale infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines and interfaces for all engineering disciplines.
• Coordinate tasks to align with milestones and ensure on-time delivery.
• Oversee design and implementation across Electrical, Civil and Mechanical components.
• Develop and implement mitigation plans to minimize delays and costs.
• Address and resolve issues during design, construction or commissioning phases.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Project Director we are seeking an experienced Engineering Managerto combine technical expertise in Electrical, Civil and Mechanical engineering with a strong grasp of solar-specific technologies and project management. You will be able to demonstrate coordination of multidisciplinary teams, navigating regulatory frameworks, to deliver project scope on time, within budget, and to performance specifications. You will have demonstrated experience in the delivery of major infrastructure within the renewables, LNG and or Oil & Gas sectors which has given you an appreciation of the challenges that come with working in these technically challenging and highlyregulated environments.

This is a site-based position on a major renewable energy construction project in the Upper Hunter Valley, with a rostered working arrangement (14/7), with accommodation and allowances provided as applicable.

Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to,

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and interface all engineering disciplines.
• Coordinate tasks to align with project milestones and ensure on-time delivery.
• Oversee design and implementation of key components across, Electrical, Civil & Mechanical.
• Develop and implement mitigation plans to minimize impact on project timelines and costs.
• Address and resolve issues during design, construction, or commissioning phases

This role demands strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to manage complex, large-scale projects while balancing cost, quality, and timelines.
