Job summary

icare is seeking an engineering leader to act as the engineering authority across its technology function, guiding delivery teams in technical direction and design decisions. You will set direction across platforms, applications and services and develop a team of tech leads and developers across multiple squads.

You will drive cloud adoption and modern engineering practices, enabling teams to leverage AI tools and automation to improve productivity and quality, while maintaining high engineering

• You'll set the direction across platforms, applications and services, own the engineering standards and quality bar, and develop a team of tech leads and developers across multiple squads.
• Direction of cloud and modern engineering adoption across squads
