Job summary

Nixil is seeking a Senior Microservices and AI Technical Lead in Australia to shape the enterprise architecture of cloud-native platforms and drive AI-enabled practices across the software delivery lifecycle.

You will provide architectural leadership, governance, and practical leadership to multidisciplinary teams and delivery partners, guiding engineering decisions and embedding modern practices across CI/CD, DevSecOps, and platform engineering.

Qualifications

This is a senior technical leadership opportunity for an experienced Microservices and AI Technical Lead who can influence solution design, guide engineering decisions and embed AI-enabled practices across the software delivery lifecycle.

Highly Regarded

• Experience designing, implementing and operating container platforms using Kubernetes, OpenShift, Azure Kubernetes Service, Amazon EKS or Google Kubernetes Engine.
• Knowledge of container-platform automation, governance and workload management.
• Experience with cloud-platform modernisation, Site Reliability Engineering, platform engineering and enterprise-scale automation.
• Familiarity with contemporary observability platforms and practices.
• Experience leading delivery within Agile environments.
• Experience coaching geographically dispersed teams and driving organisation-wide capability uplift.
