Job summary

Monadelphous is offering a Graduate Program for aspiring engineers in Australia. You’ll rotate through Engineering Construction and Maintenance & Industrial Services, gaining hands-on project engineering experience on large-scale resources projects.

You’ll work on-site and in the office, supported by mentors and a Graduate buddy, with structured learning modules and regular networking opportunities at the Graduate Forum.

Qualifications

• Proactively work with Project Manager to deliver on-time projects.
• Develop strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Support all phases of project lifecycle including tendering, planning and execution.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Project Manager to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet safety and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Manage sub‑contractors across various disciplines to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Assist in preparing project estimates, tender submissions, and developing project schedules.
• Support all phases of the project lifecycle, including tendering, planning, execution, and HSE compliance.
• Collaborate with the Operational team to ensure a team‑oriented approach to project delivery.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and budgets as required, ensuring effective execution.
