Gold Fields Group Services (Pty) Ltd is seeking an experienced Ventilation Officer for underground mining operations in Western Australia. You will report to the Mine Ventilation Superintendent and optimise ventilation demand and supply to support production and safety.
Responsibilities include leading ventilation planning, coordinating across teams, and driving continuous improvement through projects and capital planning.

You will work closely with a diverse team, reporting to the Mine Ventilation Superintendent to optimise ventilation demand and supply to support efficient gold extraction and maximise business value for our Underground Mining Team at St Ives Gold Mine.
Up to six months’ free, company-provided accommodation may be available for eligible candidates from under-represented groups (for example, women in mining and Indigenous Australians) relocating to Kambalda for permanent roles.
Accommodation includes basic furnishings and utilities and is subject to availability and housing policy, with support available to assist with transitioning to a lease after the initial six-month period. Eligibility and final terms will be discussed during the recruitment process.
