U@Mq, in collaboration with APNA, seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to serve as a Clinical Nurse Facilitator in the aged care sector. The role focuses on supervising, mentoring, and supporting student nurses participating in APNA’s Commonwealth funded Student Nurse Placement Aged Care program.

The successful candidate will apply advanced aged care skills, demonstrate leadership, and advocate for high standards of chronic disease management while shaping the future of nursing in aged care.

Job Summary:

APNA is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Registered Nurse to serve as a Clinical Nurse Facilitator in the aged care sector. The primary role of the Clinical Nurse Facilitator is to supervise, mentor, and support student nurses participating in APNA’s Commonwealth funded Student Nurse Placement Aged Care program. This position requires advanced skills in aged care nursing, leadership abilities, and a passion for shaping the future of nursing in the aged care sector.
