Job summary
Medical Staff is seeking experienced Mental Health Clinical Facilitators to guide undergraduate nursing students during clinical placements. Facilitators work across hospitals and aged care facilities throughout Sydney and regional NSW, mentoring students on placement.
Applicants must be an AHPRA-registered nurse with at least 5 years of clinical nursing experience, have completed the Clinical Facilitation online course, and be available for full 2- or 4-week blocks.
Qualifications
- Current AHPRA Registered Nurse registration.
- Minimum 5+ years of clinical nursing experience in Australia.
- Completion of the Clinical Facilitation: Essential Skills and Principles Online Course.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE) is desirable but not essential.
Responsibilities
- Guide, support and educate undergraduate nursing students during their clinical placements.
- Work across hospitals and aged care facilities throughout Sydney and regional NSW.
- Support students on clinical placement.
