Troocoo is seeking a candidate for a newly created role focused on strengthening relationships with community branches to support veterans. The position involves working closely with local councils, managing compliance, and navigating logistical challenges.
Candidates should have a connection to the Defence community and experience in relationship building, strategic planning, and governance. The role requires travel across Queensland and offers flexible work arrangements.

With a strong presence across Queensland and over a century of history behind them, they deliver services and build connections that help the veteran community thrive beyond service.
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will strengthen relationships between the organisation, its regional office and a network of local community branches. Each branch operates independently, so your role is to understand their unique needs and ensure they have the right tools, resources and training to operate effectively, maintain strong governance and deliver real outcomes for veterans.
This is a newly created position, so your first six months will focus on getting out to branches, listening, and establishing yourself as a trusted partner.
