Job summary

Wood's Energy, Optimisation and Innovation team in Perth is seeking an Engagement Lead to guide a client project team of 5–8 experts, delivering rapid value through maintenance, production, and emissions initiatives.

You will own the project end-to-end, develop tailor-made solutions using AI and physics models, and mentor team members while collaborating with clients to ensure tangible, sustainable outcomes across energy, mining and infrastructure assets.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree with outstanding academic record; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in energy/mining/built environment sectors; leadership experience.
• Deep expertise in digital transformation, strategy, and project management.
