Job summary

PwC Australia’s Data & AI practice seeks a Director to shape and deliver data and AI transformations for clients, with a focus on the Energy and Mining sectors. You will lead multidisciplinary teams across data, analytics and AI, engaging senior stakeholders and originating opportunities to deliver scalable, production-grade solutions.

You will grow PwC’s Data & AI capability, nurture relationships, develop people, shape market offerings and contribute to business development and industry

Qualifications

• Significant experience in senior client-facing roles within Data & AI consulting.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and complex engagements.
• Strong understanding of data platforms, analytics, and enterprise AI.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex Data & AI consulting engagements from strategy and solution design through to engineering and deployment.
• Advise senior technology and business leaders on Data & AI strategy, architecture, platforms, and operating models.
• Shape end-to-end Data & AI solutions spanning data engineering, modern data platforms, analytics, ML, Generative AI and enterprise integration.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams of architects, data engineers, AI engineers, data scientists and consultants.
• Drive business development by identifying opportunities, shaping propositions, and delivering proposals.
