Job summary

WIN Network in Traralgon (Gippsland) seeks an ENG Camera Operator/Editor to shoot and edit news stories for our regional newsroom. The role reports to the State News Director and involves working on diverse stories across environment, sport, and community topics.

The successful candidate will combine camera operation with editing proficiency, meet tight deadlines, and contribute ideas in a collaborative team setting within a full-time, Monday–Friday schedule at the Traralgon office.

About the role:
We are currently seeking a passionate ENG Camera Operator/Editor to join our team. Reporting to the State News Director, you will be responsible for shooting and editing high quality stories for news and updates. Working in a regional newsroom is an opportunity like no other - it is truly a rewarding experience where you will get to shoot all rounds of news.In areas such as the environment, sport, politics, you name it - you have the control to make a difference within the community. This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, based at our Traralgonoffice.

To be the successful candidate, you will have:

• Demonstrated skills with both camera operation and editing
• Experience shooting interviews, sport and community activities
• A high level of accuracy and excellent attention to detail
• Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
