Job summary

ATCO is seeking an experienced Technical Solutions Lead to translate customer requirements into safe, practical and commercially viable energy solutions across the thermal, renewable, and infrastructure sectors. This role offers exposure to front-end solution development and engagement with customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified Engineer with experience across the energy, utilities, infrastructure or renewable sectors.
• Strong knowledge of thermal and renewable energy technologies, hybrid power systems, energy storage and gas infrastructure.
• Proven experience developing customer proposals, technical submissions, cost estimates and commercially viable project solutions.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to evaluate technologies and suppliers, manage project risks and translate customer requirements into practical, executable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders to understand project objectives, technical requirements and commercial drivers.
• Lead the development and documentation of innovative and commercially competitive energy solutions from concept through to proposal submission.
• Support business development activities through technical engagement, workshops, presentations and customer solution discussions.
• Prepare technical documentation, scopes, cost estimates and bid submissions to support successful project outcomes.
• Assess emerging technologies, suppliers and delivery models to strengthen ATCO's market offering and customer value proposition.
• Collaborate across engineering, procurement, finance and project delivery teams to develop practical, executable solutions and support a seamless transition into delivery.
