Job summary

Downer Digital in Melbourne is seeking an experienced End Point Management Lead to drive secure, reliable endpoint services across the organisation. The role leads the endpoint team, shapes standards, and oversees deployment, packaging and lifecycle management for laptops, desktops and mobile devices.

Working within a product-led DevOps model, you will collaborate with Cyber Security, Workplace Services and Service Management to deliver measurable improvements in employee experience, security,

Qualifications

• 7+ years in information technology or endpoint/workplace tech roles.
• Experience leading endpoint management operations and lifecycle activities.
• ITIL Foundation or equivalent service management experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the endpoint management team with clear direction and accountability.
• Develop endpoint standards, operational practices and support models.
• Own enterprise application packaging and deployment.
• Manage endpoint lifecycle across laptops, desktops and mobile devices.
• Monitor endpoint health, configuration and compliance.
• Coordinate endpoint changes, releases and service transitions.
• Collaborate with Cyber Security to enforce protection and data controls.
• Drive automation and AI-assisted capabilities in endpoint operations.
• Maintain software catalogue and lifecycle for deployments.
• Deliver continual improvement with documentation and reporting.
