Job summary

Centorrino Technologies Pty Ltd. is seeking an Endpoint Analyst to manage and support business applications across Windows and mobile environments in our Australian team. You will handle deployment, updates, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management to ensure reliability and security.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with Intune/JAMF, AD/GP, and ITIL practices, with strong troubleshooting and communication skills to serve internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT application support or EUC role.
• Strong experience supporting business apps on Windows and mobile platforms.
• Hands-on with Intune, JAMF or other MDM platforms.
• Solid knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Entra ID/Azure AD.
• Experience managing deployments, packaging, and lifecycle.
• Familiarity with ITIL or structured IT service management practices.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and administration for business applications across Windows and mobile environments.
• Troubleshoot installation, performance, access, and compatibility issues.
• Respond to incidents and service requests with timely resolution.
• Manage application lifecycle including packaging, deployment, updates, and retirement.

Our Endpoint Analyst is responsible for managing, supporting, and maintaining business applications across the organisation’s end-user computing environment. This role involves ensuring the reliability, performance, accessibility, and security of applications used by our clients, while supporting application deployment, updates, troubleshooting, and ongoing lifecycle management.

Requirements

What you'll do:

• Provide technical support and administration for business applications across Windows and mobile environments.
• Troubleshoot application installation, performance, access, compatibility, and functionality issues.
• Respond to application incidents, service requests, and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication.
• Manage the application lifecycle, including packaging, deployment, updates, maintenance, and retirement.
• Support application testing, version control, release readiness, and post-deployment validation.
• Deploy and manage applications using Microsoft Intune, Group Policy, and other enterprise management platforms.
• Configure and maintain application settings, policies, and security requirements to ensure compliance.
• Monitor application deployments, resolve installation issues, and maintain application health and reliability.
• Meet service level agreements (SLAs) while delivering a high standard of customer support.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation, knowledge articles, and support procedures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance application management, user experience, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technology solutions.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to tools, processes, and service delivery.

What you'll bring:

• Experience in a similar IT application support, endpoint management, or EUC role.
• Strong experience supporting business applications across Windows and mobile platforms.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Intune, JAMF, or other Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms.
• Solid knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Azure AD/Microsoft Entra ID.
• Experience managing application deployments, packaging, and lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with ITIL or structured IT service management practices.
• Basic PowerShell or shell scripting skills (desirable).
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• A collaborative mindset with a commitment to knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and delivering outstanding customer service.
