Centorrino Technologies Pty Ltd seeks an Endpoint Analyst to manage and support business applications across Windows and mobile environments in Australia. You will ensure reliability, performance, accessibility, and security while overseeing deployment, updates, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management.

The role requires hands-on experience with Intune and MDM platforms, strong AD/GP/Entra skills, and ITIL familiarity, along with a proactive approach to documentation and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Experience in a similar IT application support, endpoint management, or EUC role.
• Strong experience supporting business applications across Windows and mobile platforms.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Intune, JAMF, or other MDM platforms.
• Solid knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Azure AD/Microsoft Entra ID.
• Experience managing application deployments, packaging, and lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with ITIL or structured IT service management practices.
• Basic PowerShell or shell scripting skills (desirable).
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.

• Meet service level agreements (SLAs) while delivering a high standard of customer support.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation, knowledge articles, and support procedures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance application management, user experience, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technology solutions.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to tools, processes, and service delivery.

Our Endpoint Analyst is responsible for managing, supporting, and maintaining business applications across the organisation’s end-user computing environment. This role involves ensuring the reliability, performance, accessibility, and security of applications used by our clients, while supporting application deployment, updates, troubleshooting, and ongoing lifecycle management.
