Job summary

Centorrino Technologies Pty Ltd. is seeking an Endpoint Analyst to join the Endpoints team in Australia. You will manage, support, and maintain end‑user computing applications across Windows and mobile environments, ensuring reliability, performance and security.

You will deploy and manage applications with Microsoft Intune, Group Policy and other enterprise tools, maintain configurations, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery and user experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT application support or EUC roles.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills in complex environments.
• Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and administration for business applications across Windows and mobile environments.
• Troubleshoot installation, performance, access, compatibility, and functionality issues.
• Respond to incidents, service requests, and escalations with timely resolution and clear communication.
• Manage the application lifecycle including packaging, deployment, updates, maintenance, and retirement.
• Support application testing, version control, release readiness, and post‑deployment validation.
• Deploy and manage applications using Microsoft Intune, Group Policy, and other enterprise management platforms.
• Configure and maintain application settings, policies, and security requirements to ensure compliance.
• Monitor deployments, resolve issues, and maintain application health and reliability.
• Meet SLAs while delivering high standard of customer support.
• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.

Our Endpoint Analyst is responsible for managing, supporting, and maintaining business applications across the organisation’s end-user computing environment. This role involves ensuring the reliability, performance, accessibility, and security of applications used by our clients, while supporting application deployment, updates, troubleshooting, and ongoing lifecycle management.

Requirements

What you'll do:

• Provide technical support and administration for business applications across Windows and mobile environments.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality technology solutions.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to tools, processes, and service delivery.

What you'll bring:

• Experience in a similar IT application support, endpoint management, or EUC role.
• Strong experience supporting business applications across Windows and mobile platforms.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Intune, JAMF, or other Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms.
• Solid knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Azure AD/Microsoft Entra ID.
• Experience managing application deployments, packaging, and lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with ITIL or structured IT service management practices.
• Basic PowerShell or shell scripting skills (desirable).
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• A collaborative mindset with a commitment to knowledge sharing, continuous improvement, and delivering outstanding customer service.
