Job summary

Bayside Health is hiring an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse (EEN) for Griffiths Point Lodge, San Remo. The role requires delivering person-centred nursing care within a collaborative team and staying within the scope of practice.

The position supports a flexible mix of permanent part-time and full-time hours, with opportunities for professional development and working across multiple sites in the region.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Nursing, Diploma in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
• Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
• Medication Endorsement required.
• Entitlement to work within Australia.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care as part of a nursing team.
• Work within the Enrolled Nurse scope of practice and contribute to care planning and evaluation.
• Support assessment, planning and delivery of nursing care for clients and their significant others.

The Team & Role

Position Summary

The Enrolled Nurse demonstrates competence in the provision of person-centred care as specified by the registering authority’s licence to practise, education preparation and context of care. An Enrolled Nurse is required to work as a productive member of a nursing team, is expected to work within their scope of practice and demonstrate a sound level of skills in assessment, care planning, practice and evaluation in the provision of care to clients and their significant others

Skills & Experience Required

• Certificate IV in Nursing, Diploma in Nursing or equivalent qualification
• Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
• Medication Endorsement
• Entitlement to work within Australia
• A Police Check that is current and within 12 months of the issue date
• Provision of valid Working with Children Check
• Provision of an NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Seasonal influenza vaccination of healthcare workers in accordance with Secretary, Department of Health Directions
• Australian Drivers Licence for District Nursing Roles
